Narzulloev Parviz Lutfulloevich was born on May 20, 1993 in the village of Obshoron, Hisor city, into a working family. In 1999, he entered the first grade of secondary school No. 54 in Hisor city and graduated from the said school in 2010 with good and excellent grades.
After graduating from high school in 2010, he entered the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of the Tajik National University, graduating in 2015. In 2015, he began his work as the head of the computer classroom of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of the Tajik National University.
In 2020, he graduated from the master’s department and in 2023, he graduated from the doctoral program in “Mathematical and Computer Modeling”.
Since September 1, 2024, he has been working as the deputy dean for education of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of the Tajik National University.
